Nice to meet you!
I’m currently employed as the Digital Projects Specialist at the American Philosophical Society Library in Philadelphia, where I work to increase the digital accessibility and preservation of the Society’s collections and to promote their use. Sometimes I write for the Society’s blog (find my contributions here).
I’m a public historian by training with particular interests in urban history, the Progressive Era, and digital humanities. I wrote my master’s thesis at Temple University on the influence prominent actors of the settlement house movement had upon the development of engaged, community-centered museum practice and public history.
